Centering and gentle grounding Yoga stretches
Introduction/Teaching of Boundary topic
Sharing & Support Circle
Guided Integrative Meditation
This course is taught and facilitated by Jacquie and uses the group’s created
Group Agreements to create and hold safe space.

My Story
I didn’t really know what the word Boundaries meant when I first heard it.
As I learned more, I intuitively knew Boundaries were important
yet it all seemed pretty gray to me.
I needed clarity.
I found some help and became increasingly more aware of what Boundaries were and how every aspect of my life was impacted by them or lack of them.
As hard as it was sometimes, I started to behave differently in my relationships, including my relationship with myself, and slowly a background hum of liberation and ease began to seep into my body and psyche as struggle, anxiety and resentment drained out.
I wonder what your Boundaries journey holds for you. This work has become my passion and I am here to help guide you through this life-changing journey.

Course Breakdown
Each of the six sessions begins with a
centering practice and a few gentle Yoga stretches.
The Boundary topic is then introduced which leads into
sharing, discussion and group support where we can get down to the boundary work as it pertains to our lives, ask questions and remember we are not alone in this journey. Each session will conclude with a guided rest and integration time where you can get cozy and complete with the session.
Week One - Different Kinds of Boundaries
Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Time, Sexual, Material, Intellectual, Energetic
Week Two - Boundaries with Ourselves
An often overlooked area that gets to the roots of Boundary work and brings clarity as to what deeper selfcare looks like.
Week Three - Boundaries in Our Relationships
Looking at relationship dynamics we come to know
the source of our relationship issues.
Week Four – Awakening to Unhealthy Boundaries
A deeper dive to see more clearly through the lens of Boundaries so we can unpack some of the grayest areas of this work.
Week Five – Creating Healthy Boundaries
When you change your Boundaries, things change. How to navigate the inevitable consequences of this work.
Week Six - Stepping Into Our True Power
Shoring up our Boundaries is transformative and connects us with our true inherent power. How to ride this wave, maintain the work and live into our full potential.
About Jacquie
Being treated for a stress disorder in my twenties, it was suggested I begin a Yoga practice. After my first class, I got into my car and cried. I felt relieved and at home with Yoga and knew I had found something life changing.

I’ve been teaching Yoga now for over 25 years.
My personal life journey and ongoing study and training in various schools and styles of Yoga, along with study, practice and training in trauma-sensitivity, mindfulness, biomechanical alignment, universal life themes, 12-step work, Reiki, and Boundary work informs all of my teaching.
